We want you to love your stickers and handmade goods from [Your Business Name], but if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle refunds and returns.

✅ Australian Consumer Law

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund if the item you purchased:

 

  • Is faulty or damaged

  • Is significantly different from what was described

  • Does not do what it’s supposed to do

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental ordering

  • Customer misuse or damage after delivery

🔁 Returns Process

If there’s a problem with your order:

 

  1. Email us at Support@deaddropsupply within 14 days of receiving your item.

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the problem.

  3. If eligible, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Please do not return items without contacting us first — returns sent without approval may not be processed.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

 

  • Custom or personalised sticker orders

  • Digital downloads (if offered)

  • Used, opened, or damaged items (unless faulty on arrival)

 

📦 Return Shipping

  • If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

⏱️ Refund Timeframes

Once your return is received and approved:

 

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days via your original payment method.

  • You will be notified once your refund has been issued.
